Union Chemicals Lanka PLC (UCLL) was the winner in the Chemical, Ceramic, and Glass (Manufacturing) Category at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025 organised by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.
The company focuses on eco-friendly manufacturing, efficient resource utilisation and effective waste management. UCLL is dedicated to using sustainable raw materials. Its initiatives also include a service centre that enhances customer knowledge and fosters business excellence, a company spokesman said.
