The Kiddies’ Day 2025 of Leeds International School, Panadura was held recently at the Bandaragama Public Ground. The event kicked off with the junior band welcoming the chief guest, Madam Hemamala Jayatissa and the distinguished guests.

The event brought joy, laughter and plenty of action to the grounds. It was a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork and fun, as children participated in a variety of activities designed to keep them active and entertained, while the creatively decorated houses added glamour to the event.

From the relay event to the ever-popular obstacle races, the day was packed with excitement. Each child gave their best, cheered on by enthusiastic parents and teachers. The highlight of the day was the marvellous Karate display and the drill display where teams worked together, showcasing their skills and teamwork.

The event concluded with a medal ceremony, recognising the efforts of all participants. While Hope and Harmony houses walked away with trophies, everyone left with happy memories, new friendships and the pride of having taken part.
